Rascular uses Salesforce which is an online Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage customer sales and support data, tracking sales opportunity data including quotes and email correspondence. Salesforce.com is aware of the GDPR and is certified under the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework. Rascular uses Mailchimp as a third-party email service provider, to send you our newsletter emails.  Which you have specifically requested to receive. To allow us to send our emails through MailChimp, we provide MailChimp with your email address only. MailChimp treats information about you in accordance with the provisions of its Privacy Policy.  MailChimp also utilizes certain technologies, such as pixels and web beacons, in emails that are sent through MailChimp.

These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

Data retention for Support customers only

  • On our support website we provide access to this data on your profile page. You may request corrections to your personal data if needed and most of these can be made by editing your profile. You can ask us to delete your data. But be aware that in this case we will not be able to provide you with support for our products.
