Omneon Spectrum Panel

Helm can control and monitor Omneon Spectrum and Mediadeck Servers. This panel shows the main features of Helm Omneon Control:

• Selection of clip from Media List
• Display of current clip name
• Display of current clip timecode
• Transport control
• Loop and Bounce Play
• Varispeed Playback

To run the panel, you'll need Helm V2.32 or later, with a HELM-OMNEON license.

Open the panel in the Helm Designer and adjust the following properties of the OMNEON icon to match your Server configuration:

• Player: Name of Omneon Player to control
• Director: IP Address of Omneon Media Director

Helm uses the Omneon Player API to control Omneon equipment, and communicates directly with the Media Director using TCP/IP Networking.
